Copy protection
Long ago, in a galaxy far, far away, before the cartoon about the Smeshariki was released, and before anyone knew about Harry Potter or The Lord of the Rings, hordes of Smeshariki inhabited a distant planet. Their technology was so advanced that they invented a time machine and traveled to the future, to the planet "Earth," where one of them stumbled upon the first episode of "Smeshariki." This episode fascinated the researchers so much that they embarked on a daring mission to acquire a complete collection of episodes. They brought these episodes back to their home planet, where they became incredibly popular. Unfortunately, the cartoons were protected by a copy protection system, and the Smeshariki, being naturally law-abiding, were not inclined to engage in hacking. Therefore, they had to exchange the discs they brought from Earth.
The local pop star, Bilash, was upset by the popularity of something he had no part in and decided to restore things to the way they were. To achieve this, Bilash wants to create a division among the Smeshariki, causing them to split into two groups that do not communicate with each other. To create a rift between a pair of Smeshariki, Bilash needs to expend 1 unit of effort. However, since Bilash is extremely lazy, he wants to exert the least amount of effort possible to achieve his goal. Help him.

The first line contains two numbers N (N ≤ 100) and M - the number of Smeshariki and the number of pairs of Smeshariki exchanging cartoons. The next M lines contain pairs of numbers U and V, indicating that Smesharik U and Smesharik V know each other and exchange cartoons.
Output
Output the minimum number of units of effort Bilash will need to spend to achieve his goal.
